We set Filo up on your records, run your real quotes and suppliers through it, and measure the results together. The pilot fee is credited to your first year.
What happens in the 90 days.
The first week is setup. Then Filo works on your real quotes, and later on an app or two for work your team does by hand. We meet every week.
The pilot's twelve weeks: week 1 setup, weeks 2 to 5 quotes, a check-in in week 6, apps in weeks 7 to 9, quotes again in weeks 10 and 11, and the review in week 12.
We agree on how to measure the pilot before it starts.
In the first call we pick the measures with you and write down what a good result looks like. In week 12 we look at them together.
Cost accuracy
How close Filo’s material cost comes to what you quoted on past jobs.
Time to estimate
How long it takes from receiving a customer’s request to sending the estimate, before and during the pilot.
Time saved
The hours your buyers and quoting team spend on supplier email and costing.

- Someone who can meet with us for 45 minutes each week.
- Records in a Google Sheet, in Fiddle, or nowhere yet. If you don’t have a system, Filo keeps the records for you.
