- Our customers’ formulas and recipes are confidential. Where do they go?

- Will our suppliers know an AI wrote the email?
- The email comes from your buyer’s address, written the way they write, and your buyer reads it and sends it.
- Does Filo place orders or release lots?
- No. Filo drafts and recommends. A person sends every email, and Filo never places an order, pays anyone or releases a lot.
