Drop a file to start a chat
Drop a formula, a BOM, a supplier quote or a photo on the Filo window. A new chat starts with the file attached.
Get told when a supplier replies
Filo sends a notification when a supplier replies or when a chat needs your decision, so you don’t have to keep checking.
Open your apps in the same window
The apps Filo built for your team, like Quote board and Count, open beside your chats. They are the same apps as on the web.
The app updates itself
Filo checks for a new version when it opens and every few hours. It installs the update and reopens where you left off.
What you need to run it.
You sign in with your Filo account, and accounts are free. Everything except file drops and notifications also works in Filo on the web.
- macOS
- macOS 13 Ventura or later. One download for Apple silicon and Intel Macs, about 230 MB.
- Windows
- Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Filo opens when the installer finishes.
- Signing
- Every release is signed and notarized on macOS and signed on Windows before it’s published. We never publish an unsigned build.
- Updates
- The app checks for updates when it opens and every few hours, and installs them itself.
