We’re building an AI agent for the back office of companies that make physical products.
Filo starts with the job that slows down every contract manufacturer we talk to: getting prices from suppliers and turning a customer’s formula, recipe or BOM into a quote. Filo emails your suppliers from your own Gmail, reads their replies, keeps your price list current, and builds the estimate. Your team checks the work and sends it.
Why we built it
We spent years building software for manufacturers. In every company, a few people spend their days emailing suppliers for prices, following up with the ones who don’t answer, copying quotes into spreadsheets, and holding customer quotes until the prices come in. Most software records that work after someone has done it. We built Filo to do the work itself, and to ask a person before anything goes out.
How it’s built
Filo is one AI agent. Every step it takes is saved before you see it, so a restart never loses work. Nothing is sent without a person’s approval, and email goes out from that person’s own mailbox. Every change is recorded with who asked for it and from which chat, and anything Filo adds can be undone. Your records stay where you keep them: in a Google Sheet, in Fiddle, or in Filo itself. See how Filo works.
Who
Filo is made by the team behind Fiddle, the ERP for contract manufacturers. Filo and Fiddle are separate products. Many manufacturers keep their records in Fiddle, and Filo works with Fiddle, with Google Sheets, or with no system at all. Ken Ojuka started both companies and runs Filo.
Our pilot program is open to contract manufacturers and brands. Read about the pilot, book a demo or contact us.
